WASHINGTON – American Wood Council (AWC) President and CEO Robert Glowinski issued the following statement following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to stay the Clean Power Plan (CPP).

“The Clean Power Plan is an overreach of EPA’s authority. AWC and the wood products industry are encouraged that the U.S. Supreme Court has stayed the CPP until the pending litigation has the opportunity to be fully heard and decided.”
