The Pendu Model 6800 Scragg Mills are the simplified solution for producing workable cants. Fully automated, the 6800's can easily be operated by a single worker. With the assistance of laser guidance, logs are centered in position in the end dogging carriage. The log then passes through two 30" saw blades, is rotated 90 degrees and returns through the same saw blades producing a four-sided cant — all in one operation. With a cutting rate of up to six to eight logs per minute, the Model 6800 Scragg Mills are designed to deliver a new level of effi ciency to your operation.

The Pendu 1000 Series Edger is available in almost any custom configuration and option you want to handle the widest variety of material sizes. The 1000 Series machines are available with a single bay set-up or combo split bay set-up. All are designed with single panel access - simply lift the top cover to access saws or the side panel to access the 4” diameter arbors. Built on a thick, all steel box-frame, each unit features an automatic chain infeed system with manual height adjustment. The Pendu M9500 Gang Saw packs plenty of power for those in the log home manufacturing industry or companies who remanufacture large timber. Every Pendu Model M9500 has the capacity to handle 8", 10", or 12" saw blades, giving it the capability to handle material up to 14" high and 14" wide. And with two 100HP motors, it’s got the muscle to power through your most demanding requirements. Built on a full 1" steel box-frame, each unit features an automatic chain infeed system, one-touch hydraulic height adjustment and inboard cant sizer. Easy-access arbors, supported with conical out-board bearings, make maintenance simple — changeover a breeze.

Need an efficient way to stack your finished pallet boards or other material? The Pendu model 4700 stacker is designed for stacking in high volume applications of up to 25 layers per minute. The 4700 will efficiently stack material from 3/8" to 2" in thickness, 2" to 6" in width and 24" to 72" in length. Features of the stacker include an in-feed pit with adjustable riser bars, driven accumulation and stacking chains adjustable for material length, two automatic programmable stick magazines, adjustable stack width with air cylinders for material escapement, scissors lift and stack take away for material removal. The 4700 will increase your volume capacity while reducing handling and labor cost. The 4700 high speed stacker is ideal for stacking pallet boards, deck boards, and stringers as well as well as material for many other applications.

Accurately and efficiently cut/resize cants and lumber with a Pendu 5404 band saw! The 5404 has a cutting capacity of 8” high x 12” wide. Powered by a 75 HP motor, the 5404 band saw can operate at speeds up to 200 FPM. With heavy steel construction, the 5404 is built to last and is easy to maintain and operate while providing maximum production.

The Pendu model 6700P Stringer Notcher features rugged components and fully adjustable 9" wide notch cutters. Driven by powerful 30 HP TEFC motors, the cutter heads are mounted overhead for increased ease in maintenance and adjustment. Notching the stringer from the top also provides a more stable stringer when used with the Pendu 4600N stacker. The 6700P also features 2 1/4" cantilevered arbors and 12" indexable carbide tip cutter heads. For inline use choose the Pendu 6700P Stringer Notcher.

The Pendu Model 1300 Chop Saw is precision designed, engineered and manufactured to turn raw logs into workable lengths quickly and efficiently. With its heavy-duty 60 horsepower TEFC motor and 52" diameter saw blade, the Model 1300 easily powers through logs of up to 18" in diameter. Each unit comes complete with a 20' trough style log conveyor with a hydraulic driven 12" log chain. Also included are holding clamps that are spring loaded and console controlled and an outfeed log conveyor. If you need a hard-working chop saw, the Model 1300 is built for you.
