SCHELLING FMH 430 Front Load Panel Saw169.2" (4,300 mm) Cutting length, 161" (4,100 mm) pull-back, 3.3" (85 mm) max. saw blade projection, 25 HP (19 kW) main saw motor & 2.5 HP (2 kW) scoring motor. -- Variable saw carriage travel speed from 0 - 262 FPM (80 MPM), return speed of 262 FPM (80 MPM), LED ammeter to show load of main saw motor during operation. -- Electronically controlled overhead program fence, rack & pinion driven on both sides, forward speed from 0 - 262 FPM (80 MPM), return speed of 262 FPM (80 MPM); (9) material gripper clamps open up to 3.1" (80 mm). -- SCHELLING "COMPOSER" Electronic control with color monitor (displays cutting dimensions and patterns w/moving graphics), self-diagnostic, data input by keyboard or possible direct downloading from office PC. -- 90-1/2" (2,300 mm) Long crosscut fence (front-to-back); (2) side/crosscut aligners for up to 87" (2,210 mm) crosscuts; split pressure beam, (1) in front & (1) behind. -- (3) Front mounted air float tables for moving panel from rip position to cross-cut position, 24" x 78" (610 x 1,981 mm) each, (2) in the crosscut section are movable. -- Rear of machine fully enclosed for safety with man-height sheet metal panels & wire screen windows. -- Main saw blade is 370mm, Scoring blades are 200mm. Actual model is FM 430 MCS-F.This machine came equipped with the following optional upgrades: -- Formatting stops (for cutting panels with plastic laminate hanging over the edge), Real time label printing (industrial printer included), Symmetrical Cutting, Window Cutting, Postform Scorer (edge scoring saw that aligns with the main saw blade to reduce chipping at the exit side of the main blade travel), Large miter gauge that mounts to the saw to facilitate making mitered cuts, & Laser light that shows the cutline for freehand manual cutting.
