Reinstall includes: Replacement of all motors with new ones, feed belt, and all air and fluid lines; completely repainted to "look like a new machine". Since it was restored, machine has had light usage.Line includes: -- POS-1 Loading Belt Conveyor: Loading capacity of 5,500 mm. -- POS-2 CEFLA SPRAYBOTIC Spraying Robot: Includes continuous CFB Conveying System; lacquer recovery by counterrotating rollers. -- Spray gun arm with: 5-Axis movement, electronically controlled. Parts are read by an electronic sensing system consisting of (208) photodiodes, which tell the control how to spray each part as it sits on the belt inside the cabin. -- For Robotic spraying, the "charge" of parts loads in, the belt stops, and the Sprayer executes to a spray pattern as programmed. -- This machine also operates as a feed-through reciprocating machine when that process is called for. -- Sprayer setup: (2) Lacquer feeds, overspray collection & recovery using a 4-roll belt cleaning trolley. The cabin is pressurized to maintain a positive pressure inside. Exhaust air is filtered through a dry filter system. -- Controls include: Operator interface program on PC controlling spray functions and speeds; PC Operating system Windows NT4.0. -- In-process gun maintenance is handled by a retractable brush gun cleaning device to keep the tip clean. -- (2) KREMLIN Pumps and (4) guns for topside and (1) gun for side edge are included. -- Y-Stroke: 3,500 mm. -- X-Stroke: 1,300 mm. -- Z-Stroke: 300 mm. -- Gun rotation: 360° +/- 45°. -- Gun inclination adjustable: +90° to -30°. -- PO-3: Belted conveyor. -- POS-4: Type "VN 3/3500/190/36" Hot Air Vertical belt oven with (3) chambers. -- Flash-Off Section: 2nd & 3rd Sections Drying areas with auto temp control; 4th Section cooling area. -- (36) Motorized belt trays with auto-positioning.
