BIESSE LATO 38 Edgebander. --6-Station Edgebander with 8mm (5/16") edgebanding thickness. --Capacity: Min. panel width 85 mm or 50 mm w/250 mm panel length, min. panel length 140 mm, max. panel thickness 45 mm. --Equipped with: -- Auto strip and coil feed magazine with 3 mm PVC guillotine. -- Teflon coated hot melt glue pot, dual digital thermostats, 1 in. diameter glue applicator roller. -- Pressure section w/ (1) large dia. non-stick coated drive roller and (2) pneumatic pressure controlled idle rollers, horizontal adjustment w/ digital indicator. --Workstations: -- Front and rear end trims (0.5 HP motors), motors travel on 45° slides and tilt 0 - 12° on a horizontal plane. -- Top and bottom rough trim (0.73 HP motors), motors tilt 0 - 30°. --Top and bottom fine/bevel/profile trims (0.73 HP motors), motors tilt 0 - 30°, cutters for 10° bevel and 3 mm PVC radius round, digital readouts for setup (w/ quick change motors for tool change). -- Top and bottom scrapers for 3 mm thick PVC banding, pneumatic pressure control for scraping knives, digital readout for horizontal adjustments. -- Top and bottom hot air blowers. -- Top and bottom buffing (0.5 HP motors), units tilt 0 - 30°. -- Feed chain "anti-slip" 80 mm wide rubber pads, feed speed 33 FPMand with a 2 HP feed drive.
