WEEKE ABD 260 CNC BORE GLUE & INSERTER -- Specifications:Designed for small or large capacity horizontal drilling, gluing and dowel insertion; built on a Heavy Duty welded steel base; main horizontal beams hold the carriage for the boring head and glue/water injector.Support Table with a left and right side stop as well as a rear stop bar, center stop pneumatically activated. Eight (8) clamping cylinders, manually adjustable, automatic central lubrication. -- Working Capacity: Material size from 20 mm - 2,800 mm (.75" - 110.25") long, 100 mm - 800 mm (3.9" - 31.5") wide, 10 mm - 80 mm (.4" - 3.5") thick. Machine is set up for 8 mm Dia. x 30 mm or 35 mm long dowels (additional dowel sizes are optional). -- Horizontal Drilling and Dowelling Aggregate: with (3) individual spindle on 32 mm centers; (1) glue & dowel injector with glue flow control; (1) vibrating hopper dowel feeder. -- Vertical Three Spindle Drilling Unit: with (3) individual selectable spindles at 32 mm spacing, adjustable in "Y"- direction from 0 to 50 mm, minimum workpiece width 100 mm. -- (2) Separate stations process: (2) parts independently on the left-hand or right-hand stops or (1) large piece as required with no additional setup; work can be loaded in (1) field while it is being machined in the other to allow fast production of varying parts. -- Operator Interface: Power Control PC Front-end with Microsoft Windows based control + Weeke "PC85T" + "WoodWOP" operating system with graphic programming & error messaging.17" TFT flat screen monitor, CD-RW drive, 1.44MB floppy drive, standard keyboard & mouse.
