Built for variable feed speeds of 12-25 m/min, this machine delivers precise, repeatable edge banding results across a wide range of materials and edge profiles. -- Feed & Infeed Control:Variable feed speed of 12-25 m/min. Panel Spacing Device: Pneumatically controlled through the controller, this device prevents the operator from feeding panels too close to one another. Two Position Infeed Fence: Pneumatically controlled with two positions set through the PC. -- Anti-Adhesion Unit:Positioned prior to the pre-milling unit, prevents glue from adhering to the top and bottom of the panel. -- Pre-Milling Unit:Uses milling units rotating at 12,000 RPM to remove a pre-determined amount of material from the edge of the part.
