LOCATELLI BIGARIETE Hydraulic, Automatic Copy/Variety Lathe;Automatic copy lathe for small wooden parts production;Specifications: -- 4.75" (120 mm) max. dia. and 6-11/16" (170 mm) max. length with no boring, 4-3/4" with boring. -- Mandrel motor 5 HP, speeds at: 2,000, 2,540, 2,750, 4,010 & 5,140 RPM; hopper feed with 39-3/8" (1,000 mm) max. blank piece length and automatic ejection of wooden parts. Equipped with: -- Chucking unit, Automatic tool holder carriages with (1) Copy head, (1) roughing tool, (1) finishing tool, (1) drilling/milling and (1) cutting tool. -- Operating speed of all tools can be adjusted to workpiece requirements with rapid return speed, pressure lubricated automatically greased steady rest. -- PLC control w/working cycle selection, programmable for internal and external shapes, as well as for selection of different work cycles.Actual model "BIGARIETE 3".
