2-Head, 42" width capacity Sanding / Denibbing system. -- (2) 5" Wide platens featuring a "dual" action head with a high speed orbital movement and combined back & forth oscillation to remove abrasive belt crossgrain scratches; platens designed with a quick change system for abrasive material. -- (1) Nylon abrasive impregnated (150 grit) Cleaning / De-Nibbing brush, 10" dia., drive unit for brush rotation, brush wear adjustment via jack screws. -- Vacuum holddown conveyor system with variable feed speed 5 - 15 FPM. -- Double infeed and outfeed holddown pinch rollers. -- Power raisng and lowering of the conveyor bed with AUTO-SET feature, 0" to 6" part thickness capacity. (4) DUFF-NORTON acme screw jacks under conveyor bed, 36" infeed conveyor area.
