Heavy Duty Sander. -- 1st Head: Smooth steel contact roll, 11-1/2" dia., 75 HP motor. -- 2nd Head: Spiral Grooved hard rubber contact roll (11-1/2" dia.) , 75 HP motor; 52" x 103" abrasive belts (6,300 & 4,300 SFPM) with POSI-TRAK electronic tracking. Equipped with: -- Heavy-Duty solid rubber (no vacuum holddown) feed belt for Heavy-Duty operation. -- Motorized part thickness adjustment, 0" - 6" opening. -- 38" - 32" Conveyor height passline with MITUTOYO LED readout, conveyor belt feed. -- 5 HP Variable feed speed from 20 - 60 FPM, smooth rubber conveyor belt. -- Infeed & outfeed spring loaded holddown shoes, infeed emergency stop bar, anti-kickback fingers on infeed. -- Disc brakes on sanding head motors, 18" infeed load area, and motor load meters on sanding heads.
