DONALDSON-TORIT: 376RFW-10 or 12: Dust Collector45,000 CFM @ 9.7:1 Air-to-cloth ratio; 140" dia. round baghouse with: (376) Filter bags of 10' length (oval bags provide for radial movement of bag during cleaning for longer life); total 4,632 sq./ft. filter area. -- Filtration media cleaning via: Floor mounted 7-1/2 HP medium pressure Air Pump (eliminates the need for compressed air; can be susceptible to condensation & freezing); 36" x 65" return air outlet; 48" x 48" inlet for dust laden air. -- Includes: Rotating cleaning air manifold driven by 1/3 HP motor; (1) NEMA-9 solenoid & diaphragm valve, which rotates over the bag openings; walk-in plenum for bag access/maintenance. -- Galvanized steel bag frames with positive bag bolt down to eliminate leakage and ride up of bags once installed; walk-in access door at top of ladder. -- Equipped with: Structural steel support; maintenance platform; caged ladder; bolt-on involute arm; explosion doors (need to be replaced). -- Includes Backward inclined FAN EQUIPMENT: Size 7 BCS floor-mounted Fan set at 45,000 CFM @ 15" SP; belt driven at 1,485 RPM; powered by a 200 HP TEFC Motor via OMRON/IDM E7 Series Inverter. -- 24" Rotary Air Lock at the bottom of the 60° hopper. -- Complete with: Pictured electrical controls are included. -- NOTE: New 200 HP electrical motor was replaced recently. -- Unit had an accidental fire at bottom section near Hopper causing the explosion doors to burst. Unit still working as they are not returning the air. Can be sold with or without replacement of doors; cost of which is negotiable. -- Professional dismantling and rigging available at extra cost.
