Reciprocating Spray Machine:This sprayer can easily run at 30 feet per minute Machine consists of --a tilt-able up infeed belt conveyor with the Electronic Reading bar located over the entire width, this bar reads the parts as they enter the machine which controls the Gun spray pattern. --Parts are fed through the spray cabin by means of a Patented continuous CFB belt conveying system. --Sprayer is equipped with (2) two roll Overspray recovery systems. Belt cleaning is done by means of a counter-rotating roller's with scraper and belt cleaning unit. The rollers are fitted on the "cleaning" trolley which is pulled out from under the machine longitudinally by manual control.
