Infra Red heating unit designed to be used over a conveyor (not included). Currently set up to roll a shop cart under to assist us in some finishing processes. This is a two zone unit with an overall heating area of 56 sq ft. between the two infrared panels. Each section of infrared panels is 4'x7' allowing you an array of options to meet your needs. They do however, get controlled off the same control panel. --Unit has a mechanical percentage timer in control cabinet that is used to cycle power on and off as a means to control temperature. Controlling the distance from emitters to work surface is your other form of temperature control. The patented Black Body emitter consists of a serpentine configuration of NiChrome wire embedded in a refractory pad that is 12 inches square and approx.3/8" thick and coated with a high-emissivity black coating. -- Unit is complete and will need some retrofitting to meet your specific requirements.

BLACK BROTHERS Model 22-D-775-68 Top and Bottom Glue Spreader, with 68" working width.This 2007 Black Brothers 775 Top & Bottom 68″ Glue Spreader is powered by a Toshiba 3 HP motor. The feed speed is variable via a VFD hence it is using a Toshiba motor. The doctor rolls are in good plus condition as well as the top applicator roll. The lower roll has grooves at either end BUT 61″ between these grooves as it was feeding 61″ wide material. There is also a glue pump mounted under the controls. It does have (2) valves to control the glue levels for each roll but would require (2) fiber optics elements to be replaced to get the auto level feature to work. -- 3 HP variable speed drive. -- 7-3/4 in. diameter Smooth Applicator Rollers, 6-7/8 in. diameter Chrome Doctor Rollers. -- Upper elevator design for up to 4.5 in. of thickness. -- Readout on roll opening, and equipped with all safety guards. -- For operation on 480V, 3PHIncludes - (1) direct replacement Applicator Roller to what is currently on the machine, along with (2) other replacement Applicator Rollers in near mint condition in varying durometers and material to what is on the machine.
