NEWMAN WHITNEY S-970 DOUBLE SIDED PLANER WITH "QUIET CUT" HEADS - Hard to find 44” width capacity with 7” thickness capacity - S970-44" SN: 17701 - Built: March 1965. Shipped to: Carolina Panel:Lexington NC - Retrofitted with the Helical cutterheads in April 1993 - Includes grinder (handle was bent in storage but can be easily repaired) and dust hood - One door cover has a crack but it does close without any issues - We purchased this in 2013 and never used it.
