Manufactured by the Morgan family that brought you the original low profile band is the Wide Cut Resaw. Some available options include hands free return, multiple heads or a line shaft for the customer to supply power. It has 29" diameter solid steel band wheels, a 1-1/2" wide band and a 30 hp motor on a cutting head. The hold down wheels and feed conveyor are powered by a 5 hp hydralic unit. Cutting capacity is 14" wide with a ridged 12" wide UHMW covered infeed conveyor. There is a 1/2" - 6" adjusatble cutting depth capacity and virtually unlimited cant height restrictions.

One (1) Used Turner Model E-52, 52" Rollfeed Resaw with AC-electric driven feed rolls. With AC inverter. All ball and roller bearings throughout. Mechanical weight strain. Wheels are 6-3/8"-wide solid disc-type, with top wheel having 1"-thick rim. Rolls will either center split or gauge saw, and tilt up to 25º. Maximum opening is 10" inside saw, 11-1/4" outside saw, and 26" under guide. Four (4) feedrolls are 7-1/2"-diameter, 15"-high, and run in ball bearings. Saw speed 7450 FPM. Feed speeds 10-300 FPM. Blades required 7" x 26', 18 - 20 gauge or will run disposable saws in the 1” to 2” range. Weight approximately 10,000-lbs. Appears in excellent condition.
