MOLDOW 184 MXN-324 Expandable Baghouse - 18 Total Modules with (4) Inlet Sections. Specifications. -- 72,000 CFM modular/expandable unit, currently with (14) Filter sections @ 5,000 CFM per section (24 bags per section). -- Approx 336 filter (8.6" dia. by 120" long) , 9,300 sq. ft. of total filter media, 7.75:1 air to cloth ratio Shell is under negative pressure allowing a high efficiency clean air fan.. -- Main Fan: Air Handling IAP A600 SWSI, Class IV, S/N 26862-1 rated at 90,000 CFM @ 1321 RPM, 16.0/20.3" SP & 290/308 BHP. Fan is A - Airfoil type wheel & is non-overloading powered by MARATHON "445Ta" belt driven TEFC 300 HP motor.. Currently fan inlet is connected with a 30" pipe. Regenerative Filter Cleaning: -- Each row of filter bags is cleaned continuously during operation by use of a regeneration carriage/trolley rides along top of filter bank) with a 4 KW (5.3 HP) high-pressure fan that sends air from the clean-air chamber back through the filter bags using nozzle pipes.Bags are fitted with an inner spring bracing. Special bag design reduces air velocity which increases air and dust loading considerably. -- Equipped with: Built-in bottom drag link chain which brings dust to one end where it is discharged through approx. 9" x 30" Rotary Air Lock (RAL). Currently a transfer fan moves dust to storage bin.. Summer/Winter Diverter/Abort Gate connected on outlet/return air line.Comes with: -- Relay Fan, IAP 911 RBO, to pneumatically convey collected dust at discharge of RAL. -- Platform with safety railings and ladder to access regeneration cabinet (return air plenum). -- Interior electrical control panel, support frame, and exterior ductwork. Single heavy sheet metal flanged rectangular return air pipe. Overall Dimensions: -- 45' Long by 12'-9" wide by 28.5' high (5.5' hopper to ground, 8' high hopper and 15' top section). -- Professional dismantling, rigging, transport and installation is available upon request.
